The girls from St Joseph's remembered back to their earliest days at school. Some had lived in Longford all their lives but others remembered starting school in other places in the world. There was a lot to talk about and to compare. In this session we taught each other to count to twenty in as many languages as were represented in the classroom. Besides Irish and Polish we learnt to count in Latvian, Nigerian, and many others.
